uxembourg City in Luxembourg about two years ago now, one thing that struck me is how devoted to chocolate this city is. We visited chocolate shop after chocolate shop, and I had a chance to sample things with unexpected flavors. My favorite was a dark chocolate praline with a creamy filling that involved rosemary. These chefs treat composing chocolate treats like the art that it is.
I don’t remember the name of this place. Darn it! I would be able to find it again because I think it is the only one that had an Italian restaurant on the top floor. I can’t seem to hit the right Google search words when I look for it online.
In my email inbox today I found some information about Chocolate that reminded me of my time spent sampling in Luexembourg. I get these round up emails, and today there are several articles that strike my fancy as interesting. I thought I’d share them.
